External environment monitoring and result analysis of avian flu in Xishuangbanna,2015-2017

摘要 目的分析2015年-2017年西双版纳州禽流感外环境监测结果,了解西双版纳州外环境中禽流感病毒分布情况和流行特点,为西双版纳州禽流感疫情分析及防控提供科学依据。方法根据《云南省高致病性禽流感环境监测方案》,收集2015年-2017年西双版纳州禽流感监测点采集的禽流感外环境标本,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法检测流感病毒A型核酸,阳性者进一步作H5、H7、H9亚型的核酸分型检测。结果共采集125份标本,阳性率为36. 8%,其中A/H5阳性率为9. 6%,A/H9阳性率为26. 4%,H9阳性率高于H5阳性率,均未检测到A/H7亚型流感病毒阳性。结论西双版纳州分布在外环境标本中的禽流感病毒主要以A/H9和A/H5亚型为主,阳性标本主要来源于活禽交易市场。因此,西双版纳州是H5和H9亚型禽流感疫情防控的重点地区,禽流感环境监测的重点应放在涉及活禽交易市场。 Objective To analyze the results of external environmental monitoring of avian influenza in Xishuangbanna from 2015 to 2017,understand the distribution and epidemiological characteristics of avian influenza virus,so as to provide scientific basis for epidemic analysis and prevention.Methods According to the Environmental Monitoring Program for Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in Yunnan Province,the avian influenza external environmental samples were collected from sentinel sites during 2015-2017,and influenza A virus was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The positive ones were further conducted for nucleic acid typing test of HS,H7,H9 subtypes.Results A total of 125 specimens were collected,the positive rate was 36.8%,of which the positive rate of A/H5 was 9.6%,positive rate of A/H9 was 26.4%;positive rate of H9was higher than HS,and no A/H7 subtype influenza was detected.Conclusion A/A/H5and H9subtypes are dominant avian influenza virus in external environment of Xishuangbanna Prefecture,and the positive specimens mainly come from live poultry market.Therefore,Xishuangbanna is the key area in prevention and control of H5 and H9 subtype avian influenza,especially the live poultry markets.
