摘要
现代学徒制作为当前国际职业教育研究的热点之一,其与教育信息化密不可分。以高职院校电信服务与管理专业为研究对象,将翻转课堂教学模式融入学校课堂教学活动和企业顶岗实训过程中,创建现代学徒制下的创新型教学模式,实现真正的校企合作。结合传统的专业培养考核方式,提出"四位一体"评价体制,并对实践效果进行评价,客观分析培养效果,提高双元育人的质量,实现校企双赢。
Modern apprenticeship is one of the hotspots of international vocational education research and is closely related to educational informatization. This paper takes telecom service and management specialty of higher vocational colleges as the research object, integrate the Flipped Classroom teaching mode into the teaching activities of classroom teaching and the process of field practice of enterprise, create the innovative teaching mode under the modern apprenticeship, and achieve the true university-enterprise cooperation. Combining with the traditional way of professional training evaluation, we put forward the "quaternity" evaluation system, and evaluate the effect of practice, objectively analyze the training effect, improve the quality of the dual education, and realize the win-win of school and enterprise.
