摘要
通过采用不同的试验方法,对选取的石粉岩性、颗粒大小及粒径分布、比表面积及含泥量几个关键物性参数进行量化表征。对比不同试验方法,确定适宜的试验方法如下:石粉的岩性采用XRF与XRD相结合的方法进行定量与定性;石粉的粒度分布和比表面积均采用激光粒度分析法进行测定,石粉的细度采用筛分法测定45μm筛余用以表征;石粉的MB值和活性指数按照GB/T 30190-2013《石灰石粉混凝土》中相应试验方法进行不同岩性石粉的测定。
Several key physical parameters,such as lithology,particle size,particle size distribution,specific surface area and mud content,were quantitatively characterized by different test methods.Comparing with different test methods,the suitable test methods are as follows:the lithology of stone powder is quantitatively and qualitatively determined by XRF and XRD;the particle size distribution and specific surface area of stone powder are determined by laser particle size analysis;the fineness of stone powder is determined by sieving method with 45 micron sieve residue for characterization;the MB value and activity of stone powder are also determined.According to GB/T 30190 -2013 "Limestone powder concrete"in the corresponding test methods of different lithologic powder determination.
