地铁车站PBA工法钢管柱安装技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 钢管柱安装作为暗挖车站中受力转换最为重要的工序,其施工难度大,安全风险高。以北京地铁6号线西延工程苹果园南路车站为背景,研究在小导洞有限空间内钢管柱安装、精确定位的施工方法。探究了钢管柱分节长度、预埋吊钩的设计,优化了钢管柱吊装固定方案,减少了吊装设备本身的空间,使钢管柱吊装作业空间最大化,加快了安装效率。对钢管柱精确校核,采用混凝土固定上下桩口、柱身周边空隙填充砂砾的技术措施,防止钢管柱在浇筑混凝土过程中出现位移,有效保证了钢管柱的垂直度。通过本工程钢管柱的成功应用,证明了该综合技术安全稳妥、安装精度高,有效保证了钢管柱的施工质量,可为同类工程提供借鉴。 The concrete-filled steel tubular column is the most important process for the force transformation during the underground excavation of the metro station with small construction space and high installation precision.Based on Pingguoyuan South Road Station of the West Extension Project of Beijing Subway Line 6,the construction method of the installation and precise positioning of the steel pipe column was studied in the limited space of the small pilot tunnel.By studying the section length of the steel pipe column and the design of the embedded hook,the scheme of steel pipe column hoisting and fixing was optimized,the space of the hoisting equipment was reduced,the steel pipe column hoisting work space was maximized,and the installation rate was accelerated.Through the accurate check on the steel pipe column,and the technical measures including f'rxing the upper and lower piles by concrete and filling the gravel around the column,the displacement of the steel pipe column was prevented during the concrete pouring process,and its verticality was effectively guaranteed. Through the successful application of the steel pipe column in the project,it is proved that the comprehensive technology is safe and stable with high installation precision,which effectively guarantees its construction quality and provides experience for similar projects.
