化工码头压力管道在线检测技术研究与应用 被引量:2

Research and Application of On-Line Testing Technology on Pressure Pipeline of Chemical Terminal

摘要 针对压力管道常规定期检验存在的问题,介绍了超声导波、管道外壁漏磁检测技术的原理,并对现场压力管道进行了在线检验,分析了特征波形与缺陷信号的识别方法。结果表明:这两种管道在线检验技术能很好地应用于压力管道的不清管检测中,可为企业解决停车检测和拆保温层检测等难题。 In view of the problems existing in the conventional periodic inspection of pressure pipeline, this paper introduces the principles of the low frequency ultrasonic guided wave and the magnetic flux leakage test for pipeline outer wall. In-site online inspection on pressure pipes was performed and the signal waveform characteristics and defect recognition method were analyzed. The results show that these two pipeline on-line inspection techniques can be well applied to the pressure pipeline detection without the demand for cleaning it beforehand, and can solve two major problems for enterprises: the shut-down of the pipe function and the dismantling the insulation layers for the inspection of the pipe.
