摘要 为了提高钢直尺测量精度和效率,系统采用工业相机,用图像处理的方式实现钢直尺刻度线纹位置识别,同时利用高精度光栅尺,配合钢直尺刻度误差算法,实现钢直尺刻度示值误差自动获取,再结合以Labview软件平台开发的上位机软件完成数据采集,分析处理和报告导出,有效提高了钢直尺示值误差测量的自动化水平。试验证明该系统运行稳定可靠,大幅提高了钢直尺刻度误差测量效率和精度。 In order to improve the precision and efficiency of steel ruler measurement,the system adopts industrial camera to realize the position recognition of steel ruler scale line by image processing method.At the same time,it uses high -precision grating ruler and steel ruler scale error algorithm to realize automatic obtaining of steel ruler scale error.Further,combined with the upper computer software developed by Labview software platform,the data acquisition,analysis,processing and report export are all completed,which effectively improves the automation level of steel ruler indication error measurement.The test proves that the system is stable and reliable,and greatly improves the measurement efficiency and accuracy of the steel ruler scale error.
