摘要
目的探究轻度子痫前期治疗应用钩藤汤加减联合心理护理的临床效果。方法所选研究对象为78例轻度子痫前期患者(均为2017年1月—2018年1月收治),应用随机分组法将78例患儿平均分成对照组与观察组。所有患者在接受常规护理的情况下,给予对照组地西泮片进行治疗,而观察组则给予钩藤汤加减联合心理护理进行治疗,分别于治疗第1天、第7天与第14天记录患者治疗后的收缩压、舒张压与评估患者焦虑程度。结果在接受治疗第14天,观察组患者的血压达到了正常范围,其收缩压(135. 11±2. 22) mm Hg和舒张压(75. 45±3. 45) mm Hg低于对照组的收缩压(143. 22±10. 25) mm Hg和舒张压(84. 23±5. 17) mm Hg,且差异显著(P <0. 05);在接受治疗第14天,观察组患者的SAS评分(40. 21±4. 14)分明显低于对照组(46. 00±5. 56)分,且差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论在轻度子痫前期患者的治疗中,应用钩藤汤加减联合心理护理,在降低收缩压和舒张压与缓解焦虑情绪方面疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gouteng decoction combined with psychological nursing in the treatment of mild preeclampsia. Method 78 cases of patients with mild preeclampsia in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected. With the application of random grouping method,78 cases of children were divided into control group and observation group. All of the patients received routine nursing,and the control group was given diazepam tablets,while the observation group was given Gouteng decoction combined with psychological nursing. After treatment of 1 day,7 days and 14 days,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and the degree of the evaluation of patients with anxiety were recorded. Results On the 14 th day of treatment,blood pressure of the observation group reached the normal range,the systolic blood pressure( 135. 11 ± 2. 22) mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure( 75. 45 ± 3. 45) mm Hg of the observation group was lower than systolic blood pressure( 143. 22 ± 10. 25) mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure( 84. 23 ± 5. 17) mm Hg of the control group,and there had significant difference( P < 0. 05). On the 14 th day of treatment,the SAS score( 40. 21 ± 4. 14) of the observation group was significantly lower than( 46. 00 ± 5. 56) of the control group,and the difference was significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with mild preeclampsia,the therapeutic effect on reducing systolic and diastolic blood pressure and alleviating anxiety is significant with the combination of Gouteng decoction combined with psychological nursing.
