摘要
目的观察产后乳房穴位按摩的护理干预方法及效果。方法选取太原市中心医院2017年8月—2018年5月收治的130例产妇进行分组研究,通过单双号法分为对照组(65例)和干预组(65例),产后2～4 d 2组产妇均接受乳房护理,对照组选择常规乳房护理方法,干预组选择中医穴位按摩乳房护理方法,对2组产后乳房护理干预效果和护理满意度进行分析比较。结果干预组乳腺炎、乳房胀痛发生率均低于对照组,其母乳喂养率高于对照组,2组差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);将2组护理满意度展开对比,干预组显著优于对照组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论产后乳房穴位按摩护理干预有利于预防和减少乳腺炎、乳房胀痛的发生率,促进母乳喂养,提高护理满意度,值得进一步在临床中推广。
Objective To observe the nursing intervention methods and effects of postpartum breast massage with acupoint massage. Methods A total of 130 maternal women admitted to Taiyuan Central Hospital from August 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into a control group( n = 65) and an intervention group( n = 65). The two groups of mothers received breast care,the control group selected routine breast care methods,and the intervention group selected traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point massage breast nursing methods. The effects of postpartum breast care intervention and nursing satisfaction were analyzed and compared. Results The incidence of mastitis and breast tenderness in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group. The breastfeeding rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group. There was a statistical difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was a statistical significance between the groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Postnatal breast nursing intervention with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage is beneficial to prevent and reduce mastitis,breast tenderness,promote breastfeeding and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
