摘要
目的探讨原发性高血压患者护理过程中采用中医护理方案的效果评价。方法选取2016年2月—2018年4月在深圳市宝安区松岗人民医院就诊的原发性高血压患者78例,根据抽签顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予中医护理方案,对比2组血压、中医证候积分及不良反应情况。结果观察组护理后舒张压、收缩压、中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(7. 69%VS 25. 64%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论中医护理方案可有效控制原发性高血压患者血压水平,改善临床症状,减少不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of TCM nursing plan in nursing of primary hypertension patients.Methods 78 patients with primary hypertension inSonggang P,eople's Hospital of Bao'an District-from February 2016 to April 2018 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group by draw lots,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, while observation group was given TCM nursing based on control group.The blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the diastolic pressure,systolic pressure,TCM syndrome score in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (7.69% VS 25.64%)(P <0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing plan for patients with primary hypertension can effectively control the blood pressure,improve clinical symptoms and reduce adverse reactions.
