摘要
目的评价养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗急性脑梗死伴头痛患者的疗效。方法将2016年8月—2018年2月入住本院的126例急性脑梗死伴头痛患者作为观察对象,通过数字表法将其分为2组,即对照组(63例)和治疗组(63例),对照组应用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,治疗组在此治疗基础上应用养血清脑颗粒,对2组临床治疗效果、治疗前后头痛积分变化进行比较。结果对2组治疗总有效率展开比较,对照组低于治疗组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组头痛程度积分、发作频率积分均明显低于治疗前,组间予以比较,治疗组均低于对照组,2组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死伴头痛采用养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,可有效缓解头痛,控制头痛发作次数,值得临床使用和大力推广。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao granules combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and headache.Methods 126 patients with acute cerebral infarction and headache who had been admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to February 2018 were considered as observation objects.They were divided into two groups by the digital table method,namely the control group (n=63)and the treatment group.(n=63).The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride,and the treatment group was treated with Yangxue Qingnao granules on the basis of this treatment.The clinical treatment effects and headache integration changes before and after the treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,both the headache degree score and the attack frequency score of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment.In comparison,the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao granules combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and headache can effectively relieve headache and control the number of headache attack.It is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
