摘要
[目的]观察穴位埋针法治疗支气管哮喘(虚哮证)的临床疗效。[方法]收集符合西医支气管哮喘诊断标准且符合中医哮病(虚哮证)的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组(n=30例)。对照组予西药多索茶碱片常规治疗,治疗组在西药常规治疗的基础上,结合穴位埋针法进行治疗,两组疗程均为14天。观察两组治疗后的总有效率、两组治疗前后的肺功能指标。[结果](1)治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组第1秒用力呼气量(Forced Expiratory Volume in the first second,FEV1)和最大呼气流量(pulmonary edema fluid,PEF)均高于对照组,且两组FEV1和PEF治疗后均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]西医药物常规治疗结合穴位埋针法治疗支气管哮喘(虚哮证),可以有效缓解症状,改善肺功能,具有良好的临床疗效。
[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of acupoint embedding therapy on bronchial asthma (asthenia asthma syndrome).[Methods]To collect 60 cases of asthma in western medicine and meet the asthma(asthenia syndrome)of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(n=30 cases).The control group was given the routine treatment of the western medicine Daxofylline Tablets.The treatment group was treated with the acupuncture point embedding therapy on the basis of the western medicine routine treatment.The two groups were all 14 days.The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was observed,and the pulmonary function indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.[Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.The 1 second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and the maximum expiratory flow(PEF)were higher than those in the control group,and the two groups were all higher than those before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.[Conclusion] Acupoint embedding therapy is effective in relieving symptoms and improving lung function in asthmatic asthenia.
