摘要
[目的]对比观察热敏灸与温灸盒艾灸治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的疗效,探索热敏灸治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的可行性,以提供安全有效的措施改善脑卒中患者的生活质量。[方法]将符合诊断标准的90例脑卒中后尿失禁患者随机分成2组,治疗组予热敏灸(气海、关元、三阴交)疗法,对照组给予温灸盒艾灸疗法,均治疗4周,每周治疗5天,评估尿失禁治疗分级和日常生活能力量表,将评分进行统计学分析,并进行安全性、依从性评价。[结果]尿失禁治疗分级两组组内比较,疗后均优于疗前(P<0.01),而且两组组间差异明显(P<0.01),生活能力量表评分两组组内比较,疗后优于疗前(P<0.05),两组组间差异明显(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。[结论]对气海、关元、三阴交热敏灸能改善脑卒中患者尿失禁程度,提高患者日常生活动能力。
[Objective]To observe the difference of curative effect between heat-sensitive moxibustion by using Qihai,Guanyuan and Sanyinjiao and common Ai box moxibustion for post-stroke urinary incontinence in patients.To further improve the life quality of patients,provide safe effective treatment measures.[Methods]Totally 90 cases of post-stroke urinary incontinence patients were randomized into the heat-sensitive moxibustion group(applied heat-sensitive moxibustion by using Qihai,Guanyuan and Sanyinjiao) and control group(applied common Ai box moxibustion),with 45 in each.The severity of urinary incontinence and the scores of Activities of Daily Living(ADL) of both groups were compared before and 4 weeks after treatment.The safety and compliance were evaluated.[Results]The severity of urinary incontinence were improved in both groups after 4-week treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the severity of urinary incontinence was improved in the treatment group after 4-week treatment(P<0.01).The scores of ADL were increased in both groups after 4-week treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of ADL were increased in the treatment group after 4-week treatment(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The heat-sensitive moxibustion by using Qihai,Guanyuan and Sanyinjiao can lower the severity of urinary incontinence and improve the activities of daily living.
