摘要
目的探讨雌孕激素人工周期治疗与屈螺酮炔醇片(商品名:优思明)应用于人工流产术后预防宫腔粘连的疗效。方法 60例人工流产术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者给予雌孕激素人工周期治疗,观察组患者给予优思明治疗。比较两组患者术后恢复良好率,月经复潮时间、平均出血时间,治疗前后患者炎性症状指标,术后宫腔粘连发生率。结果观察组术后恢复良好率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均低于对照组,月经复潮时间、平均出血时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后宫腔粘连发生率为0,低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优思明治疗人工流产术的疗效确切,可有效减少术后出血和促进月经恢复正常,降低宫腔粘连风险,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of estrogen and progesterone artificial cycle therapy and drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(trade name: Yasmin) in preventing intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion. Methods A total of 60 patients with artificial abortion were divided by random number table into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with estrogen and progesterone artificial cycle therapy, and the observation group was treated with Yousiming. Comparison were made on postoperative good recovery rate, menstrual re-tidal time, mean bleeding time, inflammatory symptoms index before and after treatment, postoperative intrauterine adhesions between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher postoperative good recovery rate as 96.67% than 70.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had lower C-reactive protein(CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8) CRP, IL-6 and IL-8 than the control group, the observation group had shorter menstrual re-tidal time, mean bleeding time than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had lower incidence of postoperative intrauterine adhesions as 0 than 20.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Yousiming shows affirmative efficacy in the treatment of artificial abortion, and it can effectively reduce postoperative bleeding and promote normal menstruation, reduce the risk of intrauterine adhesions. It is worthy of popularization and application.
