摘要
笔者将不同浓度的鹿茸多肽体外作用于小鼠脾淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞,通过CCK-8细胞活力试验、巨噬细胞吞噬中性红试验以及巨噬细胞体外释放NO试验,观测鹿茸多肽对小鼠脾淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞功能的影响。结果显示,不同浓度鹿茸多肽能够极显著促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞活力(P<0.01),提高小鼠巨噬细胞对中性红的吞噬率,同时显著促进巨噬细胞NO的释放量(P<0.05),且随着鹿茸多肽浓度升高,作用效果显著性增强。说明鹿茸多肽对小鼠脾淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞功能具有促进作用,有助于机体免疫功能的建立和抵御外来病原微生物的入侵。
Mouse spleen lymphocytes and macrophages were treated with different concentrations of pilose antler peptide in vitro,and the spleen lymphocytes of mice were observed by CCK-8 cell viability assay,macrophage phagocytosis neutral red test and macrophage release in vitro.Effects of cell and macrophage function.The results showed that different concentrations of velvet antler polypeptide can significantly promote the spleen lymphocyte viability of mice (P<0.01),increase the phagocytic rate of mouse macrophages to neutral red,and promote the release of NO from macrophages (P<0.05).And with the increase of antler polypeptide concentration,the effect is significantly enhanced.It is indicated that pilose antler peptide can promote the function of mouse spleen lymphocytes and macrophages, it is beneficial to the establishment of immune function and resist the invasion of foreign pathogenic microorganisms.
