危险化学品公路隧道运输风险评价模型及应用 被引量:10

Transport Risk Assessment Model of Hazardous Materials in Highway Tunnel and Its Application

摘要 危险化学品公路隧道运输风险评价研究是预防和控制公路隧道内危险化学品运输事故的重要方法.本文结合系统工程理论及危险源辨识方法,构建了由4个一级指标,17个二级指标和12个三级指标组成的危险化学品公路隧道运输风险评价指标体系.建立了基于模糊层次评价法的危险化学品公路隧道运输风险评价模型并开展实例研究,确定了实例的风险等级并提出了相应的改进建议.结果表明危险化学品公路隧道运输风险评价指标体系及评价模型是可行、适用的. Study on transport risk assessment of hazardous materials in highway tunnel was an important means of prevention and control of the transport accidents for hazardous materials.Combined the system engineering theory with hazard identification methodologies,the hazardous materials transport risk assessment index system was established,which composed of 4 first grade indexes,17 second grade indexes and 12 third grade indexes.Based on fuzzy hierarchy estimation,the mathematical model of transport risk assessment for hazardous materials in highway tunnel was build.The application research was carried out for a practical project.The transport risk grade of hazardous materials in highway tunnel was determined.Then,improve measures were proposed.The result shows that the index system and the method of transport risk assessment of hazardous materials in highway tunnel are feasible and applicable.
