The Development and Implications of Inclusive Education in Taiwan Region

摘要 我国台湾地区融合教育已发展到国际先进水平,其完备的特殊教育规章制度、严格培养的特殊教育师资队伍、多元化的教育安置、无障碍的物理及人文环境保障了融合教育的高质量实施。台湾地区融合教育发展具有以下特色:树立相互接纳、欣赏、尊重和平等的融合教育理念;坚持教育机会、教育过程及教育结果的公平;重视适当教育的原则。借鉴台湾地区融合教育的发展经验,大陆地区应做到:健全法律,建立融合教育保障体制;强化理念,建立相互尊重与接纳的融合文化氛围;优化师资,保障教育质量;调整课程,落实因材施教,以从整体上提升大陆地区融合教育的发展质量。 The integrated education in Taiwan region of our country has developed to an advanced international level and its complete legal system for special education,strictly trained contingent of special education teachers,diversified educational placement and barrier-free physical and humanistic environment ensure the high quality implementation of integrated education.The development of integrated education in Taiwan region has the following characteristics,namely establishing the concept of integrated education of mutual acceptance, appreciation, respect and equality, adhering to the fairness of educational opportunities,educational processes and educational results,and attaching importance to the principle of proper education.Drawing on the experience of Taiwan’s integrated education development,China's Mainland should perfect its laws and establish a system of integrated education guarantee,strengthen the concept and establish an integrated cultural atmosphere of mutual respect and acceptance;optimize teachers to ensure the quality of education;adjust the curriculum and implement teaching students according to their aptitude so as to improve the development quality of integrated education in China's Mainland as a whole.
