摘要
随着煤矿行业的发展,对矿用齿轮箱的要求越来越高,为了实现H型号高速重载齿轮箱的轻量化设计,对箱体进行响应面法分析,以箱体轻量化为主要目标,低阶固有频率为次要目标,对主要设计参数进行多目标优化设计。Workbench的仿真结果表明,对H型号齿轮箱优化设计结果满足模态分析和静力学分析的要求,为齿轮箱的优化设计提供了一定的参考和理论支持。
With the development of coal mine industry,the demand of coal mine gearbox is increasing,in order to improve the utilization ratio of material and realize the lightweight design of H type high speed and heavy load gearbox,the response surface method was used to analyze the gearbox.The lightweight of the gearbox is the main objective and the low order natural frequency is the secondary objective.Optimization design was carried out.The simulation results of Workbench show that the optimal design results of H type gearbox meet the requirements of modal analysis and static analysis,and provide a certain reference and theoretical support for the optimal design of gearbox.
