摘要 采用集总参数法建立10 000 DWT油船低速柴油机推进轴系扭转振动模型,将模型分为直链式扭转振动模型和带分支式扭转振动模型,建立单质量点的扭转振动数学方程和Simulink仿真模型,提出采用系统矩阵法和Simulink软件仿真方法分别对该轴系的频域振动特性和时域振动特性进行研究。同时,通过对实船轴系进行扭转振动测试,验证该船舶推进轴系扭转振动数学模型和理论分析方法的正确性,对降低船舶轴系振动和提高船舶安全性具有一定的理论指导意义。 The lumped parameter method is used to establish the torsional vibration model of a 10000 DWT propulsion ship's low-speed diesel engine.The model is divided into a straight chain torsional vibration model and a branched torsional vibration model.The torsional vibration mathematical simulation and Simfdink simulation model of single mass point are established.The system matrix method and Simulink software simulation method are used to study the frequency domain vibration characteristics and time domain vibration characteristics of the shafting.Meanwhile,through the torsional vibration test of a real ship shafting,the correctness of the mathematical model and theoretical analysis method of the ship's propulsion shafting torsional vibration is verified.It has certain guiding significance for reducing vibration of ship shafting and improving ship safety.
