摘要 介绍了东北大学机构知识库建设现状,包括建设历程和功能架构。通过问卷调研,加深了东北大学师生对机构知识库建设工作的了解,宣传了机构知识库建设的意义和作用,了解了东北大学师生对机构知识库建设的需求和建议。在现状分析和问卷调研的基础上,从加强宣传推广和提供增值服务两个角度提出了机构知识库服务推广策略。
