摘要 供电企业传统电网用电监察工作任务繁重,监察人员也缺少有效的信息化沟通手段,难以与大量客户保持畅通联系,导致用电监察工作的开展效率相对较低,无法做到对客户用电安全的全方面管控。通过对用电监察工作现状进行诊断分析,从而明确了信息化平台的建设需求。在此基础上,引入信息化手段设计了基于"互联网+"的电网用电监察平台。设计的平台包含客户经理移动作业、实时信息双向交互、案例库建设应用等主要功能模块。监察人员一方面可借助平台便捷开展各类监察业务,提高监察效率,另一方面可密切与客户的联系,保持信息双向畅通,提高客户满意度。 The power supply enterprise grid electricity supervisory workloads,and traditional supervisory personnel are lack of effective means of information communication. It is difficult to keep smooth contact with a lot of customers,which causes electricity supervisory work efficiency lowly. It can’t do all aspects of electrical safety control for the client. Through the diagnosis and analysis of the current situation of electricity monitoring,the construction demand of information platform is clarified. On the basis of this,the information technology is introduced to design the electric power monitoring platform based on "Internet plus". The design platform includes the main function modules,such as mobile operation of customer manager,two-way interaction of real-time information,and application of case library construction. On the one hand,with the help of a convenient platform supervisory personnel can carry out all kinds of supervisory business to improve the efficiency of supervision,on the other hand closely contact with customers and maintain two-way information flow to improve customer satisfaction.
