摘要
超高速卷烟包装机容易受到烟包薄膜静电的影响。针对这一问题,分析了超高速卷烟包装机薄膜静电产生的原因,提出了一种新的薄膜静电消除方法,从静电去除、预防静电产生及环境保障三个方面来解决静电问题。研究结果显示,这一新的静电消除方法可有效清除烟用薄膜静电,提升设备生产效率。
Ultra-high speed cigarette packing machines are susceptible to static electricity from the film of cigarette packs. Aiming at this problem, the causes of static electricity generated from ultra-high speed cigarette packing machine were analyzed, and a new method for eliminating static electricity of the film was proposed. The electrostatic problem was solved from three aspects: removal of static electricity,prevention of static electricity generation and environmental protection. The research results show that this new destaticizing approach can effectively remove the static electricity of the film and improve the productivity of the equipment.
