摘要
目的:观察补中益气汤加减联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗脾肾阳虚证腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的脾肾阳虚证IBS-D随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组干预采用补中益气汤加减(肾四味)联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊,对照组仅服用复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊,两组疗程均为1个月,观察并记录两组治疗前后的中医证候学指标、IBS症状严重度评分、生活质量指标等。主要结果:(1)治疗组的临床总有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(88. 9%vs 80. 4%,P<0. 05);(2)治疗组的各项中医证候(腹泻、腹痛、大便溏泄等)改善均优于对照组(P<0. 05);(3)治疗组的IBS症状严重度评分和IBS相关生活质量评分改善均优于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:补中益气汤加减(肾四味)联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗脾肾阳虚证IBS-D具有较好的临床疗效及安全性。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of using Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Compound Glutamine Enteric-coated Capsule in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D) of spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency syndrome.Methods:IBS-D of spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency syndrome was randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group.The treatment group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction plus Compound Glutamine Enteric-Coated Capsule,while the controlled group was only treated with Compound Glutamine Enteric-Coated Capsule.The two groups were treated for one month.The TCM syndrome index,IBS symptom severity score and health status before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Living quality index,etc.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group(88.9% vs 80.4%,P<0.05).The improvement of TCM syndromes(diarrhea,abdominal pain,fecal discharge,etc.) in the treatment group was better than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The improvement of IBS symptom severity score and IBS related quality of life score in the treatment group were better than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Compound Glutamine Enteric-Coated Capsule has good clinical efficacy and safety in treating IBS-D of spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency syndrome.
