复杂地质下桩端承载力丧失机理分析及应对措施 被引量:3

摘要 桩基施工过程中的挤土效应及重型机械行走,具有极易造成处于复杂淤泥层中的预应力混凝土管桩(尤其是短桩)桩身上浮、移位和地面隆起的现象.本文对东莞长安某项目桩基工程在施工后经检测其承载力大幅度降低、部分桩身上浮,经过分析主要原因是桩端持力层遇水软化造成承载力下降,对已施工桩基部分采用CM复合地基措施,此方案具有可以充分利用已施工管桩的优点,经验算,复合地基承载力和平均稳定沉降满足要求,可供类似工程参考. Due to the soil compacting effect and walking of heavy-duty machinery during construction of pile foundation,the prestressed concrete pipe(especially the short pile)in the complicated silt layer can easily have problems such as pile shaft floating up,displacement and ground bulging.After construction,the pile foundation of a project in Changan Dongguan was detected to have problems of bearing capacity heavy reduction,pile shaft floating.The paper analyzes the problem thoroughly,and found out the main reason is when encounters water,the pile bearing stratum gets soft and its bearing capacity reduces.The paper proposes the measure of CM compound foundation to the constructed piles,which could adequately use the advantages of the constructed pipe pile.After calculation,composite foundation bearing capacity and stable average settlement all meet the requirements and thus could be referenced by similar projects.
