摘要
目的探讨音乐疗法干预对早产儿PICC(Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter)置管过程中护理效果的影响。方法选取该院2015年1月~2017年1月80例早产儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组在对照组的基础上采用音乐疗法。采用早产儿疼痛评分量表(Preterm Infant Pain Profile,PIPP)对患儿PICC置管过程中疼痛程度进行评估,比较两组患儿PICC置管成功率及PICC置管完成后疼痛程度,观察患儿呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度(SpO2)等指标变化。结果实验组的PICC置管成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的PICC置管疼痛程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的呼吸、心率、SpO2均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论音乐疗法能够有效改善患儿PICC置管过程中护理效果,提高PICC置管成功率,缓解患儿PICC置管过程中疼痛程度。
Objective To explore the effect of music intervention on nursing result of premature infant with PICC (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter)catheterization. Methods A total of 80 cases of preterm infants from January 2015 to January 2017 in the hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,40 cases of each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group,and music therapy was used in the experimental group on the basis of the control group.The pain degree of PICC catheterization was assessed by the preterm infant pain profile (PIPP).The success rate of PICC catheterization and the degree of pain during PICC catheterization were compared between the two groups.The changes of respiratory rate,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation(SpO2) and indexes changes were observed. Results The success rate of PICC catheterization in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree of PICC of the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The respiratory rate,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Music therapy can effectively improve the nursing effect in the process of PICC catheterization,improve the success rate of PICC catheterization,and relieve the pain in the process of PICC catheterization.
