摘要
目的探讨蛭蛇通络胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死伴颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效。方法将90例该院收治的脑梗死伴颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗。观察组在对照组基础上,采用蛭蛇通络胶囊治疗。检测二组患者的血液流变学水平。采用彩色多普勒超声检测二组患者治疗前后颈动脉斑块情况,包括IMT、斑块面积、斑块积分。结果观察组的总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二组治疗后的全血黏度(WBV)、血浆黏度(PV)、血沉(ESR)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的WBV、PV、ESR、FIB比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二组治疗后的IMT、斑块面积、斑块积分显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的IMT、斑块面积、斑块积分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蛭蛇通络胶囊能提高脑梗死伴颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的疗效,改善血液流变学水平,降低颈动脉粥样硬化斑块。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhishetongluo capsule combined with rosuvastatin on cerebral infarction with carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Methods Ninety patients with cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerosis plaque were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with rosuvastatin.The observation group was treated with Zhishetongluo Capsule on the basis of the control group.The hemorheological levels of the two groups were measured.Carotid plaque was detected by color Doppler ultrasound before and after treatment in two groups,including IMT,plaque area and plaque score.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the blood viscosity(WBV),plasma viscosity(PV),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),fibrinogen(FIB)of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the WBV,PV,ESR and FIB of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,IMT,ESR and FIB of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IMT,plaque area and plaque score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhishetongluo Capsule can improve the curative effect of cerebral infarction with carotid atherosclerotic plaque,improve the level of hemorheology,reduce carotid atherosclerotic plaque.
