化工污秽区变电站支柱绝缘子带电清洗试验及沿面电场分析研究 被引量:12

摘要 变电站支柱绝缘子在运行过程中,受到附近化工厂污染排放的影响,闪络事故频发。针对化工厂区域变电站支柱绝缘子,利用红外光谱仪分析了其难溶污秽成分,研究带电清洗对绝缘子绝缘性能的影响。基于静电场仿真,研究了不同清洗方式下绝缘子表面的电场分布,并搭建了带电清洗外绝缘性能试验平台。结果表明:化工厂污秽成分不仅包括SiO2,还包括油脂和少量聚乙烯、聚丙烯。利用表面活性剂配置成的清洗剂能够有效清洗化工厂区域绝缘子表面的污秽。当污秽绝缘子的伞裙附着清洗剂时,伞裙表面场强的不均匀度增大。采用由下向上的清洗方式能够最有效地降低绝缘子表面场强的不均匀度。 Under the effects of pollutant from the chemical plant near the substation, flashover accidents take place frequently on the operating post insulators. In this paper, the insoluble contamination components on the insulators in chemical pollution area were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, and the effect of hot water washing on the insulating properties of insulators was studied. Based on electrostatic field simulation, the surface electric field distribution of insulators under different washing methods was studied, and a platform for testing the external insulating properties under hot water washing was built. The results show that there is SiO2, oil, and a small amount of polyethylene and polypropylene in the contamination. The cleaning agent prepared by surface active agent can effectively clean the contamination on the surface of insulator. When the cleaning agent is attached to the insulator shed, the inhomogeneity of the surface field strength increases, and the inhomogeneity can decrease effectively by hot water washing from bottom to top.
