摘要
在运营的铁路线上,钢轨磨耗、变形、疲劳是常见的3种伤损,对行车安全与列车运行的平稳性造成严重影响。此文在阐述钢轨伤损成及发展机理的基础上,从钢轨打磨的角度出发,提出有效改善轮轨接触关系的钢轨打磨方案。并以某线路钢轨打磨为例,验证所提该钢轨打磨方案的可行性。
The rail abrasion,deformation and fatigue are three common rail damages on operating railway lines,which have serious impact on the running safety and stability. The formation and development mechanism of rail damage are described in this paper. From the view of rail grinding,the rail grinding scheme is proposed to effectively improve the wheel-rail contact relationship. And the feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified by taking the rail grinding of a certain railway line as an example.
