摘要
为研究消防车供液时泵室管路中的压力损失,以压缩空气泡沫消防车AP80管路为原型,建立了消防车管路的AMESim模型。纯水和压缩空气A类泡沫液分别由两种不同性质的流体代替;离心水泵由恒流源代替;出口压力以及流量大小为消防车在额定工况下的压力和流量。得出压力损失与流量的关系,供水管路和回流管路流量分配关系。通过仿真试验,得到减小压力损失的管路直径优化方案以及合理操作方式。
In order to study the pressure loss of the pump chamber pipeline when the fire truck is supplying liquid,an AMESim model of the pipeline of the fire truck is established based on the pipeline of the compressed air foam system fire fighting vehicle AP80.The pure water and compressed air type A foam fluid were replaced by two different types of fluids respectively;the centrifugal pump is replaced by a constant current source;the outiet pressure and the flow are determined by the real pump under the rated condition. The relationship of pressure losses and flow were gotten,as well as the flow distribution between the supply pipe and the return pipe.And by simulation test,the pipe diameter optimization plan for reducing pressure lossand a reasonable mode of operation were gotten.
