摘要
介绍一种煤矿低浓度瓦斯氧化利用系统。该系统包括浓度调节装置与氧化反应装置2部分,先对瓦斯浓度进行调节使瓦斯浓度控制在合理的浓度区内,然后通入瑞士卷结构燃烧器中氧化利用,通过调节电加热器的供热量与换热器取热量使整个氧化装置处于动态平衡。整个系统处在PLC与组态王联合开发的监控系统下运行,对煤矿低浓度瓦斯的利用具有积极作用。
The oxidation using system of coal mine low concentration methane of coal mine has been introduced. Concentration regulation device and oxidation reaction device are been include in this system. Coal mine of low concentration methane has concentration regulation before oxidation in the combustor of swiss-roll. The whole oxidation device was in dynamic equilibrium by adjusting the electric heater for the heat and the heat exchanger to take the heat. The total system is in the operation of monitoring system which combined development by PLC and Configuration King.
