摘要
制首乌是一种药食两用的中药,被广泛应用于临床治疗和日常保健。但近几年来有关其毒副作用的报道,引起了中医药研究者的高度关注。从其炮制方法、炮制前后化学成分的变化、炮制前后功效的异同以及毒性的变化这几个方面对制首乌相关研究进行综述。
The processed Radix Polygoni Multiflori is one kind of traditional Chinese medicine and food,which were widely used in clinical therapy and daily health care.But in recent years the frequency reports about its side effects,caused the Chinese medicine researchers’ attention.This article from the processing methods,processing before and after the change of the chemical composition,efficacy and toxicity as well as the similarities and differences of changes before and after the processing system of this a few aspects of Radix Polygoni Multiflori were summarized.
