液压支架护帮机构的缓冲及特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对液压支架护帮板回收至末端产生冲击大的问题,以ZY12000/28/63D型液压支架护帮机构为研究对象,分析缓冲装置的工作原理并建立其数学模型。利用AMESim软件搭建千斤顶缓冲装置液压模型,通过运行仿真分析了缓冲装置对末端冲击的影响。结果表明,该缓冲装置改善了护帮板回收至末端冲击大的问题,提高了其工作稳定性。 Aiming at the problem of large impact caused by the recovery of hydraulic support panel to the end, taking the mechanism of panel guard of ZY12000/28/63 D hydraulic support as the research object, the working principle of buffer device is analyzed and its mathematical model is established. The hydraulic model of jack buffer device is built by using AMESim software,and the impact of buffer device on terminal impact is analyzed by running simulation. The results show that the buffering device can improve the problem of high impact recovery of the protective plate to the end and improve its working stability.
