一种新型原油含水率检测仪的设计与开发 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统原油含水率检测仪体积质量较大、结构复杂且检测精度易受寄生电容与外界环境影响,设计了一种基于STM32单片机与CAV444电容/电压转换芯片的原油含水率检测仪。原油含水率经平行板电容传感器探头检测后表现为电容值,通过CAV444转换得到差分电压输出,由STM32读取转化为含水率并显示在液晶屏上。实验表明,本系统测量精度高、体积小、质量轻、稳定可靠并易于携带,能满足野外勘探需求,在当前油田探测中具有一定应用价值。 Aiming at the huge volume and big quality of traditonal crude oil water-cut meter,and the problem that the measuring process is volnurable to be influenced by parasitic capacitance and variety of external environment,a new design scheme of hardware circuit based on STM32 singel-chip microcomputer and capacitance to voltage conversion chip CAV444 was proposed in this paper.The moisture content presented as the change of capacitance value after the detection of parallel-plate-capacitance sensor,and converted to differential volatage output through CAV444.The variety of voltage will be read and recorded by STM32 singel-chip microcomputer and converted to rate of water and dispayed on Liquid Crystal Display. The experiment shows that this system is small and light,easy to carry and reliable that it can saisfy the need of wild field.It has high application value in modern oilfield monitoring.
