桔梗对哮喘大鼠支气管重构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的在建立支气管重构哮喘大鼠模型的基础上,通过灌胃给药,初步探讨桔梗对哮喘大鼠支气管重构的影响。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、生理盐水组、低浓度桔梗组和高浓度桔梗组,持续给药8周。测定用药前后大鼠的引喘时间,以及大鼠血清中核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1,TIMP-1)的浓度。结果结果显示,与生理盐水组比较,高浓度桔梗组大鼠引喘时间显著延长(P<0.01),NF-κB、MMP-9和TIMP-1的血清浓度显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究表明,高浓度桔梗可通过抑制肺部炎症反应和MMP-9的高表达,从而减轻哮喘大鼠支气管重构。 Objective To investigate the effects of Platycodon grandiflorum on bronchial remodeling in asthmatic rats.Methods An asthmatic rat model of bronchial reconstruction was established,and 40 SD rats were randomly divided into a control group,physiological saline group,low concentration group and high concentration group,and the latter two groups were given Platycodon grandiflorum by intragastric administration continuously for eight weeks.The time of inducing asthma,the concentrations of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) in serum were determined.Results In the high concentration group,the time of inducing asthma was extended significantly(P<0.01),while the serum concentrations of NF-κB,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were decreased significantly(P<0.05) compared with those in the physiological saline group.Conclusion The high concentration of Platycodon grandiflorum could reduce the bronchial remodeling in asthmatic rats by inhibiting the inflammatory response and high expression of MMP-9.
