摘要
目的探讨不同治疗方法在非特异性阴道炎患者中的疗效对比观察。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月本院收治的阴道炎患者100例,随机分为两组,对照组应用保妇康栓治疗,研究组应用乳酸杆菌治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状、阴道微生态改善以及生命体征情况。结果研究组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组发生外阴瘙痒、阴道红赤以及阴道灼痛感等不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论用不同方法对非特异性阴道炎患者的治疗过程当中,乳酸杆菌的治疗效果更加理想,乳酸杆菌在对非特异性阴道炎的治疗中,可以很大程度的改善阴道内的环境,同时复发的可能小,在临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of different treatment methods in the treatment of patients with non-specific vaginitis. Methods 100 patients with vaginitis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Baofukang suppository and the research group was treated with lactobacillus. The treatment effect,clinical symptoms,vaginal microecological improvement and vital signs of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect of the research group was significantly better than the control group( P< 0.05). Adverse reactions such as pruritus vulvae,vaginal redness and vaginal burning in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Lactobacill treatment is more effective in the treatment of patients with non-specific vaginitis. Lactobacillus in the treatment of non-specific vaginitis could obviously improve the environment of the vagina,reduce the recurrence rate,and it is worthy for further application.
