摘要
目的探讨六味地黄丸联合二甲双胍片在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用效果以及对血糖波动的影响研究。方法选取2016年5月-2017年6月期间在我院接受治疗的200例2型糖尿病患者作为本次研究对象,随机将他们平均分为对照组和研究组,每组各100例,给予对照组患者单纯的二甲双胍片治疗,研究组在对照组应用二甲双胍片的基础上联合六味地黄丸进行治疗,对比两组患者额治疗效果、不良反应的发生情况、HbA1c(糖化血红蛋白)、FPG(空腹血糖)、2hFPG(餐后2h血糖)、HOMA-IR(胰岛素抵抗指数)水平以及血糖标准差、血浆丙二醛含量、平均血糖波动幅度。结果研究组患者的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者发生恶心、心率失常、血压升高等不良反应的情况无显著区别(P>0.05);治疗前,两组患者的HbA1c、FPG、2hFPG、HOMA-IR的水平无区别(P>0.05),治疗后的HbA1c、FPG、2hFPG、HOMA-IR较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后各项指标的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的血糖标准差、血浆丙二醛含量、平均血糖波动幅度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄丸联合二甲双胍片联合治疗T2DM疗效显著,能有效降低血糖值,并稳定患者的血糖含量,有利于促进患者恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill Combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its effect on blood glucose fluctuation. Methods 200 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital in May2016-2017 and June were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 100 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with simple metformin tablets. The study group was used on the basis of the combination of metformin tablets on the basis of the control group six. The curative effect, the occurrence of adverse reactions,HbA1c(glycated hemoglobin), FPG(fasting blood glucose), 2hFPG(postprandial 2 H blood sugar), HOMA-IR(insulin resistance index), the standard difference of blood glucose, the content of plasma prop two aldehyde, and the average fluctuation range of blood glucose were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the patients with nausea, abnormal heart rate and high blood pressure(P > 0.05)in the study group(P > 0.05). Before treatment, the levels of HbA1c, FPG, 2hFPG, and HOMA-IR in the two groups were not different(P> 0.05), and HbA1c, FPG, 2hFPG after treatment. HOMA-IR was better than before treatment(P < 0.05), and the improvement of each index in the study group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The standard deviation of blood glucose, the content of malondialdehyde and the fluctuation of blood glucose in the study group were lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of six flavourrehmannia pill combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of T2DM. It can effectively reduce the blood sugar and stabilize the blood sugar content of the patients, which is beneficial to the recovery of the patients.
