摘要
为实现对绝缘材料相对介电常数的大范围、精确测量,设计了一套基于LabVIEW的相对介电常数闭环测量系统。该系统以电容传感器为基础,以C-V转换电路为核心,以LabVIEW程序和数据采集卡为控制模块,通过对测量电路输出信号的分析调整激励信号,激励信号调整到最佳状态后,通过采集的输出信号计算得到材料的相对介电常数。通过对部分绝缘材料介电常数的反复测量,进一步验证了此系统在材料相对介电常数测量上的稳定性和高精度。
In order to achieve a wide range and accurate measurement of the relative permittivity of insulating materials, a relative dielectric constant closed-loop measurement system based on LabVIEW is designed. The system is based on a capacitive sensor, with a C-V conversion circuit as the core, a LabVIEW program and a data acquisition board as the control module, and the excitation signal is adjusted by analyzing the output signal of the measurement circuit. After the excitation signal is adjusted to an optimal state, by the acquired output signal, the relative permittivity of the material could be calculated. Through repeated measurement of the dielectric constant of some insulating materials, the stability and high precision of the system’s relative dielectric constant measurement were further verified.
