摘要
目的探讨全程优质护理对初产妇产后纯母乳喂养与哺乳技能的影响。方法选择2017年1月～2017年7月于我院分娩的初产妇224例,以随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各112例。对照组接受常规护理措施,研究组在对照组的基础上应用全程优质护理干预。评价对比两组产妇干预前与干预3个月后对母乳喂养技能的掌握情况,以及产后3个月与6个月时的纯母乳喂养率。结果干预后两组母乳喂养技能评分均高于干预前,其中研究组评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。研究组产妇3个月与6个月时的纯母乳喂养率80. 36%、66. 96%均高于对照组58. 04%、40. 18%(P <0. 01)。结论全程优质护理能够有效增强初产妇对产后哺乳技能的掌握度,提高纯母乳喂养率,适于临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of whole course quality nursing on breastfeeding and lactation skills of primipara after birth. Methods 224 case of primiparas who were delivered in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2017 were randomly divided into control group and study group,112 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing measures,while the study group applied the whole course quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The breastfeeding skills were compared before and 3 months after intervention,and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding at 3 months and 6 months after delivery were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention,The scores of breastfeeding skills in the two groups were all higher than those before intervention,and the score in the study group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The exclusive breastfeeding rate of the study group at 3 months and 6 months was 80. 36% and 66. 96% which were higher than that of the control group 58. 04% and 40. 18%( P < 0. 01).Conclusion The whole course quality nursing can effectively enhance the mastery of postnatal breastfeeding skills,improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
