头颅CT漩涡征在自发性脑出血患者中的临床意义及应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 自发性脑出血是指非外伤引起的脑部大、小动脉、静脉和毛细血管自发性破裂所致脑实质内出血[1],是致死率、致残率较高的脑血管疾病[2]。研究显示大约有三分之一的脑出血患者在住院期间显示血肿扩大[3],血肿扩大被认为是脑出血患者不良结局及病死率的一项独立预测因子[+6]。因此,寻找有效的预测血肿扩大的预警标志是临床最迫切需要解决的问题之一。有报道非增强常规CT平扫检查(non-contrast computed tomography,NCCT)显示的“漩涡征”可以作为血肿扩大的预测指标[7]。本研究现就头颅CT漩涡征的背景、图像评估方法、临床意义及其应用价值进行综述。
