1972年出现直丝弓矫治器开始,直丝弓矫治器便进入了蓬勃发展时期。而不同的托槽设计者的设计理念,对正畸治疗的理解,以及治疗目标各不相同,因此赋予了直丝弓矫正器不同的数据,逐渐形成了各具特色的矫治体系。本文将介绍国内外几大主流直丝弓矫治器:Andrews、Roth、MBT、Alexander以及国产Z2直丝弓矫治器设计的理论基础、托槽数据的变化及其正畸疗效,有助于读者更加全面、深入地了解直丝弓矫治器的发展与变化。
From the Straight-Wire Appliance(SWA) developed in 1972, many different pre-adjusted bracket systems come into being and the new appliance has stepped into a 'golden era’. Prescription evolution is one of the most important aspects in the development of the pre-adjusted appliance. This article will show the theoretical basis, variations in prescriptions and treatment outcomes of the mainstream pre-adjusted appliance systems(Andrews, Roth, MBT, Alexander, Z2 ), which helps clinical orthodontists fully understand the development and innovation of the appliance.
