摘要
发展新型研发机构可以更好地促进知识与资本的结合。新型研发机构的"新"主要体现在三个维度:在组织创新维度,实行现代科研院所制度;在模式创新维度,占据"结构洞"构筑知识资本化的立体格局;在文化创新维度,基于"文化人假设"构建文化共生系统。新型研发机构的"三维创新",能更好地跨域联结知识链、资本链和政策链,达到协同创新以跨越"死亡谷"的目的。
Developing the new-type R&D institute can promote the combination of knowledge and capital. Its"new"is mainly embodied in the following three-dimensional innovation: in the organizational innovation dimension,it carries out the modern scientific institute system;in the dimension of pattern innovation,it creates the stereoscopic pattern of knowledge capitalization based on"structural holes";in the cultural innovation dimension,it constructs the cultural symbiosis system based on the cultural man hypothesis. Three-dimensional innovation of the new-type R&D institute can better link the knowledge chain,capital chain and policy chain,and form a new pattern of collaborative innovation in order to stride over the"death valley".
