摘要
目的比较透明质酸注射隆鼻术与硅胶假体置入隆鼻术术后1年内的临床疗效和安全性。方法搜索中英文数据库,包括万方、维普、中国知网、Pubmed、Web ofScience、Science Drirection Online和Cohrane Library。搜集关于透明质酸注射隆鼻与硅胶假体置入隆鼻临床疗效比较的研究,纳入Meta分析。结果共有12项随机对照试验被纳入Meta分析,从中提取6项评价指标进行比较,共包含1 366例患者。经过分析,两组鼻尖挺俏和鼻外形的满意度、材料过敏率以及术后1年内维持率无统计学意义。两组患者感染率对比的OR值是0.17(95%CI:0.08,0.35),材料易位率对比的OR值是0.15(95%CI:0.06,0.35)。透明质酸组患者术后感染率和材料易位率明显小于硅胶假体组。结论透明质酸注射隆鼻与硅胶假体置入隆鼻术后1年内均可达到较好的效果和满意度,但透明质酸注射隆鼻术后并发症发生率低于硅胶假体置入隆鼻术。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of nasal augmentation with hyaluronic acid injection or silica gel prosthesis within 1 year postoperative. Methods Search articles through Chinese and English databases including Wanfang data, VIP Database, CNKI, Pubmed, Web of Science, Science Direction Online and Cohrane Library. A search of the relevant databases was conducted for case-control studies of hyaluronic acid injection rhinoplasty and silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty and these articles were selected for meta-analysis. Results A total of 12 randomized controlled trials including 1 366 patients were involved in the meta-analysis. Six evaluating indicators were extracted and compared. Through analysis, there were no significant differences between the satisfaction rate of nasal tip straightening, nasal shape, material allergic rate and maintenance rate within 1 year postoperatively between the two groups. The OR ofthe infection rate and the material translocation rate between the two groups was 0.17(95% CI : 0.08, 0.35) and 0.15(95% CI: 0.06, 0.35),respectively. The postoperative infection rate and material translocation rate in the hyaluronic acid injection group was obviously lower than that of the silica gel prosthesis group. Conclusion Both hyaluronic acid injection or silica gel prosthesis for nasal augmentation can achieve excellent clinical results and satisfaction rate, postoperative. But hyaluronic acid injection showed a lower incidence rate ofcomplications.
