摘要
对山岭隧道三维激光扫描及数据处理技术进行研究,发现在某些情况下,双站拼接精度高于全局拼接;提出扫描仪与标靶夹角最佳控制在10°以内,最大角度可控制在50°以内;提出每40m(2站)加设控制点减小拼接误差以及保持相同的测站位置减小扫描采集误差;研发了三维激光数据处理平台,提出了两测站点云无缝裁剪以及设计断面阀值去噪、离散点去噪、图像去噪综合去噪方式,集合了变形监控、侵限分析、二衬厚度、方量等功能,实现了点云拼接、去噪、目标数据一键提取、侵限分析、方量计算、数据分析等。
This paper studied the tunnel three-dimensional laser scanning and data processing technology,it is found that in some cases,double station stitching accuracy is higher than the global registration;putting forward the optimum control of the angle between the scanner and the target is within 10°,and the maximum angle can be controlled within 50°;propossing per 40 m(two stations)adding control points reduce errors and remained the same station to reduce scanning error;developping 3 D laser data processing platform,putting forward two station seamless cut and section design of cloud threshold denoising,discrete point denoising method,image denoising,collection of deformation monitoring,intrusion analysis,two lining thickness,volume and other functions,to achieve the point cloud splicing,denoising,one key extraction of target data,emplacement analysis,square calculation and data analysis,etc.
