摘要
非遗传统手工技艺是在与自然和社会的实践交互中不断调整、完善、创新和发展的生产技术。随着社会和技术的深刻变革,非遗传统手工技艺传承生态发生深远改变,传承人高龄化严重、传承观念因循守旧、传承队伍后继乏人现象严重。因而,基于非遗传统手工技艺传承历史契机和关系思考的分析,非遗传统手工技艺传承活力的焕发仍需政策、教育、社会等多维系统的支撑。一是扭转观念,提高非遗传统手工技艺传承的社会认可度;二是拓展路径,推进学校教育和非遗传统手工技艺传承的融合度;三是多措并举,加大非遗传统手工技艺保护传承的支持度。
Inheritance of traditional craftsmanship is a production technology that constantly adjusts, perfects, innovates and develops in the interaction with nature and society. With the profound changes in society and technology, the inheritance of traditional handicrafts has undergone profound changes. It is faced with serious phenomena that the inheritors are severely aging,the concepts of inheritance are old-fashioned, and the inheritance teams are short of successors. Therefore, based on the analysis of historical opportunity and relationship of inheritance of traditional intangible cultural heritage handicraft, the renewal and development of vitality of inheritance of traditional intangible cultural heritage handicraft still need the support of multi-dimensional systems such as policies, education and society. The first step is to reverse the concept and improve the social recognition of the inheritance of traditional handicrafts;the second method is to expand the path and promote the integration of school education and the inheritance of traditional handicrafts;the third means is to take multiple measures and increase the protection of the inheritance of traditional handicrafts.
