摘要
民族语言作为文化传播的重要载体,是民族文化的重要组成部分。民族语言所承载的历史内涵是无法取代的,但在当前国际文化竞争日益激烈的背景下,外来语言对民族语言文化造成巨大冲击,致使部分民族语言游走在消失边缘。针对目前国际文化竞争背景下民族语言存在双语教育缺失、新媒体冲击、民族语言使用人数降低等现实问题,为更好实现民族语言文化保护与传承,应加强民族区域双语教育、加强新媒体的应用、建立民族语言法律保护体系以及相应的民族语言传承制度等方面研究。
As an important carrier of cultural communication, national language is an important component of national culture. As an important carrier of cultural communication, the historical connotation carried by national language cannot be replaced. However, in the context of the increasingly fierce competition in international culture, foreign languages had a tremendous impact on national language and culture, causing some ethnic languages to wander on the verge of extinction. In view of the current lack of bilingual education, the impact of new media, and the reduction in the number of national language users in national languages under the current international cultural background. To better realize the protection and inheritance of national language and culture, We should strengthen bilingual education in ethnic areas, strengthen the application of new media, establish a national language legal protection system, and corresponding national language inheritance systems.
