井下自动排水系统关键部件流体特性研究

摘要 通过对不同结构的射流泵三维模型的搭建,对相关参数进行设置,对吸入室长度、吸入管位置、喉管收缩半角以及吸入室直径等参数对射流泵流体特性的影响进行仿真分析,从而得出当喉管收缩半角为13.5°~17.1°、射流泵吸入室直径为射流管直径的1.56倍到1.68倍之间时,射流泵的流体特性最稳定,工作效率最高。 By setting up three dimensional model of jet pump with different structure,setting relevant parameters,the length of suction chamber,the position of suction tube,The effects of parameters such as throat contraction half angle and suction chamber diameter on the fluid characteristics of jet pump are simulated and analyzed.The results show that when the throat contraction half angle is 13.5°-17.1°,When the diameter of the suction chamber of the jet pump is between 1.56 and 1.68 times of the diameter of the jet pipe,the fluid characteristic of the jet pump is the most stable and the working efficiency is the highest.
