摘要
采煤机摇臂减速箱和牵引结构的机壳相连接,通过调节调高油缸可对采煤机摇臂的高度进行调控。因此,对摇臂减速箱传动进行了分析,主要介绍了故障信号特征中的时域、频域、小波等信号,进一步对故障信号结果展开研究,为以后采煤机截割机构摇臂减速箱故障分析和处理提供参考。
The shearer rocker reducer box is connected with the housing of the traction structure, and the height of the shearer rocker arm can be adjusted by adjusting the oil cylinder. Therefore, the transmission of the rocker arm deceleration box is analyzed, and the time domain, frequency domain and wavelet signals of the fault signal are mainly introduced, and the results of the fault signal are further studied. It provides a reference for the fault analysis and treatment of the rocker reducer of the cutting mechanism of the shearer in the future.
