摘要
针对以往的转子回路的缺陷,采用了PLC控制与变频器相结合的新型调速方式,对提升机的控制系统进行了设计。通过在PLC中编写程序来控制变频器的频率,从而实现提升机S形速度的变化规律。PLC与变频器的有效结合,加上上位机的组态功能,可以达到节能降耗的效果。
Aiming at the defects of the previous rotor circuit,a new speed regulation method combining PLC control and frequency converter is adopted,and the control system of the hoist is designed.The frequency of frequency converter is controlled by programming in PLC,so as to realize the changing rule of S-shape speed of hoist.The effective combination of PLC and inverter and the configuration function of upper computer can achieve the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption.
