6种丛生竹竹炭理化性质分析

摘要 选用1年生和4年生的6种丛生竹竹秆热解制备竹炭,对比分析所得不同竹炭的理化性质,结果表明:6种丛生竹以4年生的竹秆制备竹炭时得率较高,但竹炭的比表面积相对较小,在6种丛生竹中,以4年生硬头黄竹竹秆制备竹炭的得率最高,其值为31.75%,1年生慈竹竹秆制备竹炭得率最低为26.69%;6种丛生竹竹炭BET差异较大,其值位于16.8~125.34 m^2·g^(-1)之间,pH值的变化范围为8.02~10.08。6种丛生竹竹炭中碳含量位于71.14%~80.69%之间,C/N值位于74.46~253.07之间。以4年生慈竹与1年生龙竹竹秆制备的竹炭中元素含量最为丰富,除Zn外,其余如Na、Mg、Si、P、K、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu等元素均能在EDS图谱中检测到。 The physical and chemical characteristics of bamboo charcoal which was pyrolyzed from different-aged bamboo culms of 6 sympodial bamboo species were analyzed.The results showed that the yield of bamboo charcoal increased with the age of bamboo culms,but BET decreased.In these 6 sympodial bamboo species,yield of bamboo charcoal from 4-year-old B. rigida culms was the highest,being 31.75%.While,that from 1-year-old B.emeiensis culms just was 26.69%.The difference in BET of bamboo charcoal from different sympodial bamboo culms was significant,and the value of BET was 16.8 m^2/g -253.07 m^2/g.The pH value of bamboo charcoal from different bamboo culms was 8.02 -10.08.The carbon content in bamboo charcoal of different sympodial bamboo was the highest among all the elements,ranging 71.14%-80.69%,and the C/N value was 74.46 -253.07.Bamboo charcoal from 4-yearold B.emeiensis culms and 1-year-old Dendrocalamus giganteus culms included almost all the elements,except for Zn,elements such as Na,Mg,Si,P,K,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu detected by the EDS were most abundant.
