摘要
碳/碳复合保温材料主要应用于高温环境中,其在高温环境下的导热系数至关重要,研究了碳纤维含量及2400℃石墨化处理对碳/碳复合保温材料的影响。研究发现,在保证材料强度的前提下,碳纤维的含量越高,材料的保温性能越好,1500℃下导热系数能达到0.215w/m·K;石墨化处理降低了材料的保温性能。
Carbon/carbon composite insulation materials are mainly used in high temperature environment. The thermal conductivity of carbon/carbon composite insulation materials is very important in high temperature environment.The effect of carbon fiber content and 2400 degree graphitization on carbon/carbon composite insulation materials was studied. It is found that the higher the content of carbon fiber is, the better the insulation performance is. The thermal conductivity can reach 0.2w/mK at 1500 C. The graphitization treatment reduces the insulation performance of the material.
