摘要
回滞函数在给水泵再循环控制回路中得到了广泛的应用,但在低负荷下回滞函数无法解决再循环阀小开度调节造成的阀体冲刷问题。通过对调节动作区间进行保护性设计,提出改进回执函数。改进回滞函数可根据流量波动情况进行保护功能区间调整,解决了调节回路的振荡问题。在主要负荷段进行再循环调节阀从全关到20%开度变化对泵入口流量影响的试验,试验结果验证了改进回滞函数在再循环回路中的良好应用效果。
Hysteresis function has widely used in feed pump recirculation control loop,but it can’t solve the scouring problem that occurred by the recirculation valve’s adjustment in small opening under low load.The improved hysteresis function is put forward by designing protection function of the action rang.The improved hysteresis can adjust the range of the protection function,which can solve the problem of regulating loop oscillations.The influence of recirculation valve’s action process from 0to 20 percent on the inlet flowrate was tested and the result of the test showed that the improved hysteresis function can be used in feed pump recirculation control loop primely.
